Small Bowl - Cobalt blue and black

Are these plates or bowls? I change my mind every day. However, these little items have tons of uses from holding ear buds or rings or earrings to working on the kitchen counter where you can get a pinch of salt or pepper! Could also be used for a bit of dipping sauce! 3"x3"
