Shipping Policy

Shipping fees are based on the weight and size of the item purchased. These fees are included in the purchase of item.

Return & Exchange Policy

Upon Receipt of your order do the following:

Inspect your order immediately
If you suspect damage, you must note the delivery slip and open the package immediately to inspect the contents
All damage of the contents must be listed on the delivery receipt
File a claim immediately with the carrier and let us know, we will assist in any way we can.

All sales are final, however, with our glassware products, we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.

Should a return/exchange be approved, Moxie & Magic will issue a return mailing slip. Once the item has been received and reviewed, if there is any follow-up questions required, our team will follow-up, otherwise, a refund for the cost of the product (not the total purchase price) will be issed within 7-10 business days upon recieveing the product.

Product Cost - $100

Shipping Cost - $20

Total Purchase Price - $120

Refund Amount - $100
